adopt terms of service
please read these terms before purchasing an adopt !♡ payment must be made via an invoice on paypal. sales are non-refundable.♡ you will receive rights to the character. i retain copyright for the original art. you may repost the original art as long as you keep my watermark and credit me as the artist. you may not make edits to the original art. you may not use the original art for merch. you may not use the original art for ai training or nfts.♡ buyer will receive the full resolution image, without obstructing watermarks, as well as a flat color version with a palette. these will be sent after payment has been received.♡ after buying an adopt, you will own the character and do with them as you wish. you can tweak their appearance, change body type or gender, name them and give them a backstory, etc. if you wish for minor edits to be made to the original art, i can do it for an additional fee.♡ adopts are for personal use. for commercial use (Vtuber avatar, video game or comic character, etc) the price will be double.♡ you may re-sell the character but not for a higher price than you purchased them with. you may add to the price only if you are re-selling them with additional art or commissions you've received or made of them.finally, i hope you'll enjoy your adopt and i'd be happy to see what you do with them ! :)
